The opportunity

Your business already contains the intelligence

Most companies don’t need more data. They need the data they already have to work together and answer questions.

Ask a simple question such as “what did this client earn us last quarter, net of discounts and support costs?” and the answer usually sits in four different systems and a spreadsheet. Someone spends a day pulling it together, and by then the decision has been made without it.

The FOXMINDS Intelligence Layer changes that. We connect securely to your existing systems, build a unified index of your data and documents, and put AI reasoning on top, so the answer takes seconds and every step is governed and audited.

A question for your team

How many systems does it take to answer your most important business question today?

If the answer is more than one, AI can help.

How it works

Secure access to your data. Intelligence built on top.

Step 1: you grant secure, read-only, least-privilege access to selected data sources. Step 2: we build the intelligence layer with connectors, a unified index, AI reasoning and agents, all governed and audited. Step 3: employees, managers and executives get answers, insights, alerts and approved automated actions.

Who uses it

One intelligence layer, three ways to use it

Each of these questions needs data from more than one system, which is exactly why it is hard to answer today.

EmployeesAI assistant

“Which items are in stock for delivery next week, and at what price?”
“Draft a proposal for this client based on our three most similar projects.”

ManagersAI copilot

“Which branches or assets had the most downtime last week, and what was affected?”
“Summarize this month’s open issues by client.”

ExecutivesDecision support

“How is revenue trending by business line versus last quarter?”
“Which contracts renew in the next six months, and what revenue is at stake?”
Priority use cases

AI use cases built around how your company makes money

We map AI to your value chain: winning business, delivering it, keeping systems running, getting paid, managing contracts and leading the company. You rank them; your ranking selects the pilot.

Measurable value

Value we commit to measure, not just promise

60–80%less time spent on recurring client and management reports
Minutesnot hours, to check availability and draft a proposal
< 15 minfrom system fault to alert and ticket
100%of contract renewals and obligations tracked automatically
1 briefingeach morning instead of multiple dashboards and spreadsheets

Indicative targets. In the discovery phase we measure today’s baseline together, agree target KPIs, and report progress against them at every phase.

Trust & governance

Secure by design: your data, your control

Data stays in your tenant

Deployed in your own Microsoft tenant, in in-country Azure regions or on-premises. Your data is never used to train public models.

Read-only first, least privilege

We start with read access to the minimum data each use case needs, and widen it only when you approve.

Permissions mirror your roles

Users only see what they are already authorized to see in the source systems.

Human approval for actions

The AI recommends; a person approves before anything is changed or sent.

Full audit trail

Every question, answer and action is logged and reviewable by your IT and compliance teams.

Aligned with regulation

Designed around your policies and local data-protection law, including Lebanon's Law 81/2018 and the UAE PDPL.

FAQ

AI solutions: frequently asked questions

What AI solutions does FOXMINDS offer?

We build enterprise AI on top of your existing systems: knowledge assistants that answer questions from documents and data, copilots for managers inside Microsoft Teams, AI agents that run multi-step workflows, automated reporting, KPI monitoring and anomaly alerts, document and contract intelligence, and executive decision dashboards.

Do we need to replace our ERP, CRM or databases to use AI?

No. The FOXMINDS Intelligence Layer connects to your SQL databases, ERP, CRM, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, APIs and documents through secure, read-only connectors. Your existing systems keep running exactly as they do today.

Where is our data stored and processed?

Inside your own environment: your Microsoft tenant, an in-country Azure region (for example Azure UAE North in Dubai or UAE Central in Abu Dhabi), or your own servers on-premises. Your data is not used to train public AI models.

How long does an AI project take?

A typical engagement starts with a 2–3 week discovery, followed by a 6–8 week fixed-scope proof of value on one or two use cases. You decide to scale only after seeing results measured against your own baseline.

How much does an enterprise AI solution cost?

It depends on the number of data sources, users and use cases. As a reference, the running cost of a governed AI layer for a mid-sized company can be in the order of one thousand US dollars per month in cloud consumption, plus implementation. We give you a fixed-price proposal after discovery.

What is the difference between an AI assistant, a copilot and an AI agent?

An AI assistant answers questions for any employee from approved data and documents. A copilot works alongside a specific role, such as a sales or operations manager, summarizing KPIs and drafting work. An AI agent goes further: it performs multi-step tasks, such as reconciling records or opening a ticket, and requests human approval before it acts.

Can you deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure OpenAI?

Yes. We prepare your Microsoft 365 tenant for Copilot (permissions, data governance, sensitivity labels), and build custom solutions with Azure AI services where Copilot alone is not enough, for example when answers need data from ERP, CRM or SQL databases.
