Frequently asked questions
Is it cheaper to move our servers to Azure?
Not always. Cloud is often cheaper in the first two years, but for stable, always-on workloads on-premises can cost less over five years. We build a transparent total-cost-of-ownership model before recommending either. See an example.
Can our data stay in the UAE?
Yes. Microsoft operates Azure regions in the UAE (UAE North in Dubai and UAE Central in Abu Dhabi) for in-country data residency. We can also keep sensitive workloads on-premises.
Will a Microsoft 365 migration disrupt our work?
We migrate in planned waves, usually outside working hours, with mailbox and file synchronization so users keep working. Most users simply sign in to the new environment on day one.
Do you sell Microsoft licences?
Yes. We supply Microsoft 365, Azure and on-premises licences and help you choose the right plans so you don’t pay for features you don’t use.
